Abstract

In the article the question of the theoretical foundations of the institutionalization of the regional government in Ukraine and formulated a set of principles that define the requirements for the organization of the process of establishing the institution of the regional government in Ukraine based on the implementation of regional interests, which will promote the development of regional democracy.
