Abstract

Artistic merit and aesthetic value of the art works is stated and discussed in the producer contract while the art work itself does not exist on this stage of legal interaction. To some extent the artistic merit is the issue of aesthetics, but as the price of contract depends on quality and future usage, the artistic merit acquire its judicial meaning on the stage of accepting the art work by the producer.
