Development of staff out-technologies

Abstract

The article is dedicated to out-technologies - the technologies for providing staffing service and for borrowing the outside resources by the companies, the technologies that have widely spread in the world administrative practice. Administrative out-technologies that are now applied in Russia, have recently appeared in the market, but have already asserted themselves quite definitely. Those are technologies of staff consulting and education, services for staff assessment, recruitment and leasing. The issues connected with the specialities of staff leasing in Russia are considered, and also with the complexities of the development of normative acts, regulating staff leasing. It is concluded that staff out-technologies being effectively applied can become real instrument, bringing mutual benefit both for the organizations, and for employees.
