The main approaches to the system of education of the civil administrators in the usa and in Western Europe

Abstract

The comparative characteristic of civil administrator's educational systems in the USA and in Western Europe is given in the article with examples from Germany and France. The author concludes that in spite of enhancement of globalization processes there is a lot of characteristics in any particular national economy that define both the specific features of administration staff education, and the social status of civil administrators and prestige of their activity.
