Abstract

Administrative and organizational problems of the 2014 year Winter Olympic Games are analyzed in the article. It was noticed that on the state policy level. Olympic project is considered as a strategy of the leading country resort transformation into the world standard resort. But the author points out that the Winter Olympic Games are paradoxical, essentially temporal, atypical for the Sochi resort federal function.
