Ecological risks caused by realization of FTP Sochi-2014. Identification and screening estimation for purposes of preliminary forecast

Abstract

Realization of the Federal Target Programme (FTP) Sochi-2014 puts forward estimation and management of the ecological risks generated by implementation of all chalked out plans as an urgent problem. Evolution of risks is investigated and quantitative estimation is given of risk of atmospheric air pollution, also numerical value is given of multiplicative risk as of 2014. Given estimations show that it is necessary to achieve performance of all planned environmental protection measures and to pay careful attention to the items of maintenance of ecological security of Sochi and of adjacent urbanized terrain.
