Tunnel effect for the barriers of innovation economy

Abstract

In the paper the organizational economical mechanism of tunnel type is constructed in order to overcome the barriers of innovative economy. The author holds the view that innovative technological centres of cluster type will be able to drive up the demand for high technological innovations in a regional economy, and to enhance significance of innovative infrastructure. It is supposed that such clusters will be able to realize new, tunnel type, form of support, motivation and self organization of the scientific society and form of transfer of new technologies.
