Abstract

The article is the detailed review to the book written by German Grigorievich Philippov, and is dedicated to the role of organization in the mechanism of political power. The author is the Head of the Chair of Philosophy of North/West Academy of Public Administration, Professor, Doctor of Philosophical Science. According to the review the book combines high theory with analysis of routine managerial practice that is a rather rare example in scientific literature.
