Development of the System of Additional Professional Education of Civil Servants in the Context of Bologna Educational Process Implemented in EvrAzES Countries

Abstract

Possibilities of using of the elements of Bologna educational process for the purpose of improving additional professional education of civil servants in the countries - members of EvrAzES are considered in the article. The authors suggest developing special agreement of integration and unification of additional professional education among these countries. The agreement will provide possibilities for academic mobility and mutual exchange of experience both for civil servants and lectures of the system of additional professional education.
