Abstract

The article considers general approaches to the formation of the starting conditions for the innovative development of the EurAzES member countries. The general coordinates of innovative development in the Eurasian integration proposed by the author are not exhaustive, but the most accessible and readily achievable in the realities of EurAzES. They require mainly organizational interstate activities and the corresponding political and administrative support.
