Problems of Formation and Implementation of Regional Youth Policy (Taking Vologda Region as an Example)

The article examines the process of formation and realization of state youth policy, with particular emphasis on its regional dimension. The author highlights the most serious legal, financial and organizational problems associated with the implementation of the policy and states that at the present stage it is only establishing.
