Abstract

Readers are invited to an excerpt from the article written by professor Luis Moreno. Based on comparative empirical studies conducted in Scotland and Catalonia, the author analyzes the phenomena of double identity and local cosmopolitanism, and the impact they have on the formation of European identity within the European Union.
