Towards a New System of Civil Servant Training

Abstract

The author investigates how the problem of civil servant training was solved at various stages of Russian statehood development. Special attention is paid to problems faced by the North-West Institute of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on construction of a new system of civil servant training at the present stage of the country development.
