ADAPTATION OF CIVIL SERVANTS TO WORK IN CONDITIONS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL OVERLOAD

Abstract

The author of the article considers the major factors causing a stressful condition of civil servants during the process of administrative decision making. The special attention is given to studying of innovations as factor of occurrence of administrative stress. The author makes a conclusion about necessity of working out of curriculums on overcoming of the psychological overloads arising in activity of the manager.
