The Unification of Judicial Acts as a Condition for the Unity of the Judicial System

Abstract

The article investigates judicial acts in accordance with their specific characteristics and features resulting from the administration of justice in the Russian Federation, where the judiciary is realized by means of constitutional, civil, administrative and criminal proceedings. The author focuses on the issue of harmonization of judicial acts, examines the conceptual approaches of experts on the relevant issues and makes some theoretical generalizations.
