Abstract

The article considers the problems of achieving efficiency in management of state orders in the Russian Federation and its subjects. The author believes that the use of unit cost in the system of state orders, as well as estimations of the share of innovative orders in public procurement as evaluation criteria of such efficiency, will contribute to innovative renewal of the country economy.
