Abstract

In the article the analysis of the reasons of emergence of corruption is carried out, forms of its manifestation and development mechanisms are considered.The authors' view of essence of corruption and possibility of decrease in level of corruption in Russia is offered. The interrelation between level of corruption and number of officials in public administration is settled. The position of the official in public service is considered as a priority way of achievement of the social status is considered. Existence of correlation between career growth in the sphere of public service and aspiration to self- realization and disclosure of personal potential is settled.The concept of the anticorruption mechanism based on development of an enterprise initiative
