Abstract

In the article the purposes, ways and modernization problems in Russia are considered, the atten- tion to institutional factors is focused. The concept«the social capital» as a resource of trust and cooperation of all participants of modernization processes (authority, business, population) is used. Accumulation of the social capital, decrease in deficiency of trust in society is considered as one of key factors of success of modernization.
