Abstract

Based on the example of the sociocultural situation, appeared after artgroup «Voina» has been rewarded at Innovation Award, the article aims to analyse the problem of authority and clerisy, as well as society and avantgarde culture. The author claims that authority should be neutral to radical avantgarde groups.
