Abstract

Rules for export credits are put in the «Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits». As far as the system of financial export support in the Russian Federation is in formation, it was of interest to carry out its assessment in comparison with the disciplines established by the OECD countries. It is established in the article that the export financing policy in the Russian Federation is realized at the expense of the federal budget and in some cases it stipulates use of domestic goods instead of the import. These forms at first sight are contradicting with subsidy agreement of WTO, though developed countries (Canada) use them as well. The simple fact of participation in «Arrangement» it isn't enough obviously for compliance to WTO norms.
