The Analysis of Legal Features of Usage of the Federal Subsidies for Multiple-child Families (Maternity Capital) for the Education of the Child in a Higher Educational Institution(On the Example of the North-West Instituteof Management branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration)

Abstract

In the article legal features of the relations arising when the maternity capital of persons, received the state certificate on the maternity use the capital for education of their child (children) in a higher educational institution are analyzed. The indispensable conditions necessary for parents for decision-making on the usage of funds of the maternity (family) capital on payment of education of the child (children) in higher education institution are in detail covered. The actual standard and legal base on a considered problem is given. The problems arising in practical work of higher education institutions, when parents pay for educational services by funds of the maternity capital are taken up and recommendations about their decision are provided.
