Abstract

The paper studies the crisis problem in the Russian economy. It is noted that Russian economy began to develop not for the benefit of the majority people, but in the interests of a few. It is shown, that in the crisis phenomena practically in all sectors of the national economy the destruction of community moral principles are considered. We believe that state must not investing money in the modernization.
