Management Levels in the Organism аnd Behaviour of the Person (Manager)

Abstract

The main moments in studying of the person are the concepts «organism», «mentality», «conscious- ness», «personality» and «activity». At close interrelation of everything that is concluded in the range from biochemical changes of an organism to creative rises of the genius, these concepts reflect rather independent, powerful control units of behavior of the person.The organism, or soma — is a material, biological basis of mentality, consciousness and the personality which are the main subject of studying in the person. As a matter of fact, the description of somatic features of the person isn’t object of psychological science. It is a subject of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, medicine. However, not to describe it in characteristics of the person is to tear off mentality from a material basis. And such concept as the health reflecting, apparently, a condition of an organism, actually predetermines the mass of psychological features of the person.In an organism it is possible to allocate three main levels of management is macromolecular (cellular), humoral and vegetative, closely connected in uniform system of regulation of an organism. In this publication we will address to other, higher level of management and we will consider some psychological concepts.Defining the direction of work of chair of physical training of North-West Institute of Management branch of RANEPA by results of check in 2012, the director of institute professor V. A. Shamakhov designated a parallel in education of managers and athletes of high qualification. It is axiomatic that an elite sport, being confidential scientifically research «laboratory», develops the most advanced technologies of development and functioning of the person in extreme situations of competitive activity which become subsequently public property.
