Abstract

The various points of view on a problem of adoption of the Declaration About the state sovereignty of RSFSR are presented in the article. The detailed assessment of the situation, developed in Russia after adoption of the relevant law on delineation of authorities between USSR and subjects of federation and the Declaration About the state sovereignty of RSFSR is given.
