Abstract

The paper proposed a structure of social mobility of the individual. Based on it, offer insight into the concept of "social elevator" as a phenomenon, the individual configuration of the possible content of the vertical direction, the repertoire of individual social mobility of individuals in the process of its interaction with social institutions and social communities.
