Developing Educational Process in a Higher Education Institution as the Manifestation of Active Interaction of Internal and External Environment

Abstract

A study of the personal self-actualization of a student leads to the consideration of educational processes and systems as dissipative structures. This position actualizes the study of the mechanism of the development of educational systems and current processes inside them. In this article the mechanism of the development of educational structures through the exposure of a specific attitude of an internal relations of systems to the character of environment is discussed. Thereupon, it is proved that the process of social choice plays the part of driving force which is responsible for the development, The essence consists of the fact that random quantitative changes, accumulating and reaching a critical point, creates a new material (bifurcational structures) for this choice: counteracting reason carries out the procedure of the choice of the concrete elements from this material, and the law of stability produces preliminary sorting of the material, playing the role of the selective filter. The conclusion of this position is based on the fact that the development of educational process is conditioned on the situation of instability of both external and internal environment, the sensitivity to the effects, the situation of birfucation of the steps of evolution and the possibility for the students to choose the educational paths. Choosing individual educational paths a student directs toward one of his individual steps of evolution and also his personal preferences. He chooses the better way for himself (the effect of the law of stability), which is also one of the ways realized in this nonlinear situation. The given mechanism of the development of educational structures gives an opportunity to understand the principles of structural and evolutional changes of such complicated systems which reflect the correlation between stability and instability (equilibrium and non-equilibrium).
