Social Support in Education in the Context of Human Capital Management

Abstract

The transformation of the socio-economic foundations of Russian society is placing new demands on the quality of human capital, which is largely shaped by the national system of education. The paper discusses the roles and mechanisms of social support for students to manage the development of human capital
