Abstract

In the article the principles of formation of a group of persons in the domestic legislation are analyzed and compared with similar standards of the European Regulations about merges, and the conclusion is drawn that the operating system of establishment of a group of persons corresponds to realities of the Russian economy since it is adapted for conditions of the Russian economic circulation.
