Politics in the Attitude of Children, who Remained Themselves without the Care of the Parents

Abstract

Article is dedicated to the theoretical aspects of policy with respect to of children, remained bases of the care of parents. Considering family as the most favorable medium for the training and socializations of children, the author shows that only by thought-out complex family policy it is possible to take family institute away from the crisis and to reduce a quantity of child-orphans.
