Abstract

In the article influence of the information and communication technologies (ICT) on development of regional economy is considered. Need of development of programs of scientific providing economy for subjects of the Russian Federation which realization assumes wide use of ICT in branch processes locates. It will allow to reveal the economic capacity of the territory and to provide organizational and methodical maintenance of its effective use, to give opportunity of scientific justification of the most perspective directions of functioning of regional economy, to stimulate development in the territory of the region of hi-tech innovative productions, and also to solve other problems.
