Abstract

In the article the administrative legal status of the commissions on affairs of minors and protection of their rights as key coordinating body of system of prevention of neglect and offenses of minors is considered. Gaps in the organization and functioning of this body, and also some other significant questions, the rights of minors connected with protection are drawn out.
