Abstract

In the following article the position of Russia as a subject of international relations, including the place of the state in the UN system, participating in a number of contemporary international organizations such as the Collective Security Treaty Organization, BRICS, SCO is analyzed. In the article author outlines the prospects of Russia's cooperation in the sphere of international security in the framework of the “eight”, as well as information security in the Eurasian region.
