Modern Mechanisms of State Regulation in Ukraine

Abstract

The paper examines the concept, content, structure and classification of the public administration mechanisms, which makes it possible to formulate specific administrative mechanisms for the local executive authorities. The analysis has determined that a distinctive feature of forming mechanisms for the public administration of regions of Ukraine in terms of the country’s innovative development is a restriction of a direct impact of the state on the socio-economic sphere, which helps focus on the methods of indirect and informal influence. The author proposes a conceptual model for an organizational and economic mechanism, which can be used to improve public administration of the socio-economic development at the regional level.
