About Epiphenomenal Nature of International Law

Abstract

This article explores the problem addressing the application of international law because of the epiphenomenal nature of the last. Author alleges that international law is no more than a language states apply in their mutual relations when they face a need to legitimize their actions. Author stresses that there could not be a “violation of principles of international law” because these principles are postulated.
