Abstract

In the article activities of public authorities and public administration for definition of number of repatriates and displaced persons who were in Germany upon termination of Great Patriotic War is considered. Ways of return of these persons home, the reasons of aspiration of a row from them to remain in the territory of the European states are analyzed; scope of Stalin repressions in camps for displaced persons is estimated.
