Abstract

In the article the nature and essence of the corruption which connotation is reflected in known works of thinkers of the XV-XIX centuries is investigated. Specific organic cooperation of corruption with politics is stated. Corruption is characterized as dysfunctional process in a control system. The author considers world corruption practices and opens fight against the corrupted political and bank organizations (on the example of board of the American president A. Lincoln).
