Abstract

In the article is examined an experience of tax incentives for innovation infrastructure development in China and Russia as it is considered the crucial element of economic policy. There is characterized the Russian experience in creating techno parks as well as the Chinese experience in creating business incubators (for example, the ZhongGuanCun software park).
