Corporate Culture as an Element of Information Safety for Insider Threat

Abstract

This issue studies the phenomenon of corporate culture in a postindustrial society. Feature of the proposed topic is a sociological analysis of the situation connected with the peculiarities of intra-organizational environment conducive to, including the growth of insider information risks and threats and opportunities to create the right corporate culture as a counter of this category of information threats. Specific innovation of this paper is author’s vision of forming an effective corporate culture as an element of information safety in the containment and elimination of insider threats.
