The Contract on Forwarding Activity in Structure of the Multimodal Relations

Abstract

This article considers fundamental tendencies of development of transport and forwarding activity, which are connected with participation of freight forwarders in the operator’s business. The author analyzes the freight forwarding contract, gives it a comparative characteristic of contracts of Agency, Commission, determines the place of the freight forwarding contract in multimodal relations.
