Practical Aspects of Development of Risk Management Companies

Abstract

Currently, much attention is given to methodological and practical issues of risk management in Russian companies. However, scientific and methodological literature, such a system of management as risk management, has not been studied deeply. Thus, the need for increased scientific perceptions of risk and risk management determines the relevance of the theme of this article. The paper proposes a methodological approach to the practical solution of the problem analysis and modeling of this type of organizational system, which uses the experience gained by the author to analyze the risk management problems in actually operating leasing companies operating in the Russian market. The article describes the author’s approach to the analysis of risk management problems of Russian companies and the development of recommendations for conceptual modeling risk management system in the company (for example, the leasing company)
