State Regulation of Productive Forces Placement in the Russian Economy: History, Present, Tendencies

Abstract

The article is devoted to questions of definition of a role and value of the state in placement of productive forces in market economy. The history of development of system of planning and state regulation in the USSR and the Russian Federation is illustrated. Feature of modern public administration by the country dependence on market conditions is described. The statistical data confirming development of the Russian economy at use of «raw» model of economic growth are provided. The conclusion about need of domination of the state for the solution of questions of placement of productive forces for Russia is drawn.
