Risks of Business at Implementation of the State-Private Partnership Projects

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of risk, arising at the private partner at implementation of the project of state-private partnership. Political, legal, technical, commercial and economic types of risks and possibility of their diversification between participants of the project are considered. Also in the article operating approaches to definition of the concept «state-private partnership» in the Russian Federation, USA, Great Britain, the countries of the European Union are considered. On the basis of the analysis of the specified definitions the main signs of projects of state-private partnership are described.
