Abstract

The article considers the implemented anti-crisis programs and activities of the 2008-2009 crisis in subjects of the Russian Federation and disadvantages on the basis of which the methodology of formation of regional innovative anti-crisis programs. Methodology of formation such programs should take into account on one hand the economic potential of the subject of the Russian Federation, and on the other hand to identify points of growth in the region, to achieve a multiplier effect in socio-economic development.
