Abstract

In the article the problem of motivation of students to training in physical culture and sport is considered. The given results of research defined an orientation and methodical features of carrying out training in physical culture with students depending on their gender accessory. At young men interest to physical training is much higher, than at girls, motives of training of representatives of both genders are also different. For young men more important is formation of physical readiness and development of physical qualities, and for girls strengthening of health and achievement of a perfect body. Features of manifestation of motivation to physical training at young men and girls form the basis of differentiation of methodical conditions of carrying out classes in physical training which consists in preference of some ways of control, encouragement or censure forms and as definition of the content of training. Formation and motivation increase in many respects is defined by the relevant organization of physical training, carrying out diagnostic actions of a physical state engaged in a right choice of physical activity and intensity, an individual approach, insistence of the teacher, dynamism and emotionality, novelty of exercises and forms of carrying out educational and section training.
