Abstract

In the article consider various theoretical approaches to management of manufacturing enterprise on the basis of approaches of crisis management, as well as forming author's own strategy on this basis. Crisis management in case of approach of procedure of bankruptcy is especially actual direction of research, especially in modern conditions of managing.
