The Human Capital and the Efficiency of its Use in Practice of the Management

Abstract

The article examines the place and role of human capital in the development of present-variableeconomy. The analysis of the practice of human resource management on yourself enterprises, considered domestic and foreign experience in introducing new technologies personnel to make effective use of human capital. Attention is paid to the development of management competencies, the problem of leadership in the organization, implementation of social-technologies as organizational culture in order to improve the effectiveness of human resource management.
