Features of an Assessment of Quality of Providing the State Services in an Electronic Form

Abstract

In the article theoretical aspects of categories of quality and availability of the state services are considered, the place of category of availability in parameters of an assessment of quality is defined and an attempt to create the thesis according to which in processes of providing the state services in electronic form there is a shift of accents and change of the main criteria of an assessment of quality of rendering of services is made. Thus, changing the structure of these criteria within implementation of the concept of e-government.
