Introduction of New Technologies in the Russian Public Administration

Abstract

The theoretical, historical and practical aspects of new public management are investigated. Position relationship between the science of public administration, made almost two centuries ago with modern views of scientists on the conception of the modern state, the introduction of new public management in Russia are showed. It was established that the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as well as the conceptual design of the administrative reform in Russia were the legal basis for the reforms in the public administration. On the basis of analysis of legal acts new public management in Russia are identified.
