Specifics of Formation of Selling Prices of Producers for Pharmaceuticals

Abstract

Pharmaceuticals are socially significant goods. Fluctuation in prices of them causes not only discontent of the population, but also negatively influences socio-economic indexes of level and quality of life. For neutralization of these negative effects in the Russian Federation the system of state regulation of the prices of pharmaceuticals works. Its weak link is the insufficien t regulation of formation of selling prices of producers of pharmaceuticals. In the article specifics of this pricing which can be considered at improvement of system of state regulation of the prices in the pharmaceutical market, including in the conditions of activation of efforts on import substitution are considered.
