The Development of the Regional Economic by the Global Instability of the External and Internal Environment

Abstract

The problem of transition the share of power proxies from the Federal level to the Regional level in the scope of taxation by conditions protracted aggravation position of Russian economic against a background of global instability are examined in the article. The first objective of such state regulation action of the economy is to achieve self-dependence of the territory. The second objective is to create suitable conditions for the formation of the budget’s revenues to help in developing regions of the Russian Federation in the routine of the optimal mutual budget relations. That measure provides for lowering financial dependence from the problems of federal budget.
